Renie
Brown, Office Administration/Client Care- unlicensed
Renie oversees the front lines at RE/MAX Priscilla, from coordinating the showing of homes, arranging appointments, preparing listing documents, and data base management to facilitating communication between clients, realtors and staff. She is the friendly voice you most often hear on our phones, and the smiling face you first see when you drop into our office. Renie has two beautiful young grandchildren, Kai and Kumi, who belong to son Kipp and Kate from Salt Spring Island. Her daughter, Kimberly, home after 10 years in England, now lives with mom as she prepares to attend University to become a teacher. Renie also shares her home with her two retrievers, Babe and Bailey and cat Gus.

Karen
Hansen, Sales Administrator - unlicensed
Karen is responsible for monitoring all Contracts of Purchase and Sale, from the time they are written until the sale registers in Land Titles. She works with our realtors and our clients to ensure all documents relating to a property are available, enabling informed decisions regarding a purchase. She also liases with lawyers and conveyancers to ensure that all legal requirements are met according to the terms of the sales contract. Karen has two daughters; Bethany, who is a missionary in Alaska, and Jessica who is studing art at UBC Okanagan. Her husband Ray has three children, Karl, Ryan and Rebecca who live in Kamloops.

Joan Vyner, Listing and Marketing Manager, BA, MA – unlicensed
Joan works with our Realtors and Clients on listing and marketing each property. She builds an indepth knowledge or our clients' properties through research, discussion and personal inspection of the properties. She works with our Realtors to create effective advertising for each client in the appropriate media. She also manages our websites, marketing and supervision of the administration staff. Joan and her husband, Al moved to Vernon a few years ago from North Vancouver. Her son Matt and fiancee, Angie reside in Vernon, while Colin is training to be a chef in North Vancouver and Duncan attends UNBC studying economics and political science.
